Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all deliveries made by "Reeds for Oboes" to the customer.
These apply to all business transactions with the company "Reeds for Oboes." By placing an order, the buyer declares, confirms, and accepts the terms and conditions of the company "Reeds for Oboes."
The contract language is exclusively German.
If the customer places an order by email, fax, telephone, or by sending the goods, this order is binding for the customer.
Furthermore, please note that the photos show natural products and therefore may differ from the actual product delivered.
As soon as the amount payable has been credited to the account of "Reeds for Oboes," the goods will be shipped as quickly as possible. Please note the specified delivery times. Due to a high number of orders from several customers to my suppliers, delivery bottlenecks may sometimes occur.
I would also like to point out that due to my work with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, I am not always able to answer your calls.

Shipping
Shipping is carried out exclusively at the expense and risk of the recipient.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 7 days from receipt of payment. Please also note the specified delivery times.
For deliveries to Switzerland, statutory value added tax is deductible; Swiss tax will be charged to you by the customs authorities.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (European Union), additional costs for further taxes and customs duties may apply, over which I have no control. These costs are borne by the customer.
In the event of non-collection or unjustified non-acceptance of the goods, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred as a result. The customer shall also bear the costs of deliveries that fail due to incorrect delivery address details.
Prices
All prices are quoted in euros and include German value added tax.
Payment
Payment is made exclusively via PayPal or prepayment (bank transfer).
Only after the full amount stated on the invoice is available will the payment be considered complete and the goods shipped (taking into account the specified delivery times).
Until then, the goods remain the property of the company "Reeds for Oboes."
Privacy Policy
When placing orders, you have the option of signing up for recurring orders. Of course, if you wish, I will delete this registration data from my database at any time. I would also like to expressly assure you that your data will only be stored for the purpose of order processing. No data will be passed on.
